Czym będziesz się zajmować?

ProjectJoin a DevOps team supporting multiple projects across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines CI/CD, DevOps processes and Salesforce development knowledge. Work closely with development teams, helping them deliver changes efficiently, troubleshoot pipeline and development issues and maintain the tools and environments required for smooth software delivery.

It requires a hands-on approach, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams and projects.

You will
Configure, maintain and improve CI/CD processes using Jenkins
Troubleshoot, analyse Jenkins pipeline errors and support developers in understanding and resolving issues
Support development processes on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on understanding the architecture and interaction between Salesforce components
Manage Git repositories and support source code management processes
Manage Salesforce environments, incl. Scratch Orgs
Configure and maintain code quality and security tools: SonarQube and Dependency-Track
Perform basic server administration and work with the command line
Support the AWS environment, incl. service/node restarts, handling support requests and basic resource troubleshooting
Provide cross-team DevOps support across multiple projects

Must have
Strong, hands-on experience with Jenkins, including CI/CD configuration and troubleshooting
Good understanding of Salesforce development and the interaction between Salesforce components
Practical experience with Git and source code repositories
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix command line and server administration
Ability to work independently and support multiple teams simultaneously
Good communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with development teams

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate services and pipelines that power analytics data ingestion, schema management, and delivery into Databricks
Modernize legacy platform components by migrating services, libraries, and deployment workflows to modern Java and application standards
Build automation, CI/CD flows, and scenario/integration test coverage to make platform changes safe and repeatable
Design and maintain production infrastructure in AWS using Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform
Improve data quality through stronger schema validation, metadata capture, lineage tracking, and operational guardrails
Build tooling and paved paths that help internal customers migrate to new ingestion and schema standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare design docs, rollout plans, and implementation strategies for platform changes
Monitor live systems, investigate incidents, and be part of the on-call team that provides 3rd line support to live analytics services
Support performance, reliability, and cost optimization across ingestion and processing flows

Required qualifications
Minimum of 5 years commercial work experience in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or a related field
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Coding skills, with commercial experience in one of the following languages - Java, Python, Golang
Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code tooling, e.g. Terraform
Experience with CI/CD tooling, e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker
Experience with streaming and schema-driven systems, e.g. Kafka, Protobuf, JSON Schema, or schema registries
Commercial experience with Airflow and DBT (Data Build Tool)
