Technology Business Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and integrations
- Act as the primary liaison between HR business stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors
- Architect and support advanced Workday configurations, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues as an escalation point
- Analyze existing HR processes within Workday and recommend optimization solutions
- Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Workday changes, data security, and compliance
- Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week)
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:
- Experience in HR Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and support
- Deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Reporting)
- Strong understanding of Workday integration methodologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and advanced reporting (Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Dashboards)
- Proven track record of leading significant Workday projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Workday certifications (HCM, Reporting, Integrations)
- PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
