Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and integrations
Act as the primary liaison between HR business stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors
Architect and support advanced Workday configurations, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues as an escalation point
Analyze existing HR processes within Workday and recommend optimization solutions
Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Workday changes, data security, and compliance
Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week)

Key requirements:
Experience in HR Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and support
Deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Reporting)
Strong understanding of Workday integration methodologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and advanced reporting (Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Dashboards)
Proven track record of leading significant Workday projects from conception to deployment
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related fieldNice to have:

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Manage model-related risks across the institution for commodities; conduct independent validations, monitor model performance and perform reviews
Use advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to critically evaluate and challenge assumptions, formulas and implementation of financial models
Design and execute tests assessing model performance in normal and stressed economic scenarios; contribute to the team's Python-based benchmarking codebase
Build independent replicas of business models to verify their accuracy and stability
Identify model limitations, quantify associated risks and work with stakeholders to establish controls
Collaborate with model developers, trading desks and senior management to communicate validation findings and manage the model lifecycle
Create high-quality validation reports and assist in presenting findings to internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies
Hybrid working model with up to 2 days working from home per week

Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a quantitative discipline (statistics, quantitative finance, econometrics); Master's degree preferable
2+ years of relevant work experience
Derivative-pricing skills, including stochastic calculus and numerical techniques
Experience in mathematical modelling and in development/implementation of models used to price financial derivatives
Strong computational skills with experience in Python
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Familiar with compiling documents in LaTeX
Strong communication skills (speaking and writing)
Understanding of model risk and validation testing techniques
Project management skills with ability to deliver high-quality work on timeNice to have:

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Development, enhancement and statistical testing of AI/ML and GenAI models within Citi's AML transaction monitoring system
Managing models across the model life-cycle, including development, ongoing performance evaluation and annual model reviews
Translating business operational requests into programming and data criteria and conducting systems and operational research
Developing analytic engines with detailed technical documentation for validation
Identifying modeling opportunities yielding measurable business results and presenting recommendations to senior staff
Contributing to strategic, cross-functional AML initiatives and independently leading large projects
Assessing risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations and managing control issues
This is a temporary role, till the end of December 2027 (fixed term contract)

5+ years of experience and strong Financial Crimes knowledge, including deep understanding of AML typologies and detection scenarios
Experience in a quantitative role in risk management at a financial institution, in model development or validation
Comprehensive knowledge of statistical and AI/ML model development and maintenance methodologies, including risk models and regulatory expectations
Strong programming experience for data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL and Big Data solutions
Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM)
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proven project management and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects at one time
University degree (Master or PhD) in statistics, computer science, quantitative economics, mathematics or related fields
