CGK Linens is one of Amazon’s best-selling bedding brands, trusted by millions of customers across the U.S. We are a performance-driven eCommerce company focused on clarity, speed, and conversion. We’re looking for an AI Video Creator to help us scale high-performing short-form video ads using AI tools.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $50,000/year

What You’ll Do

- Create short-form AI-generated videos per week for paid ads (Amazon, Meta, etc.)

- Develop performance-focused video concepts designed to improve CTR and conversion rate (CVR)

- Rapidly iterate creatives based on real ad performance data

- Collaborate directly with the PPC team on testing and optimization

- Participate in daily creative check-ins and share feedback asynchronously via Slack

- Work closely with the Head of Creative to align on brand, messaging, and creative direction

- Consistent delivery of high-quality short-form video at speed

- Clear improvements in ad CTR and CVR

- Strong creative experimentation and iteration mindset

- Minimal back-and-forth, high ownership, and fast execution

Requirements

- Proven experience creating short-form video for performance marketing or paid ads

- Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney + motion, similar workflows)

- Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles

- Ability to work fast, test often, and apply feedback quickly

- Comfortable collaborating in a Slack-based, remote environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with Amazon or Meta ads

- Background in eCommerce or consumer brands

- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
