Przepisywanie backendu platformy do zarządzania firmą (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2).
Uporządkowanie warstwy danych (dziś MySQL i PostgreSQL) i przygotowanie migracji.
Pisanie i utrzymanie testów (pytest) oraz CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Docker).
Utrzymanie i rozwój integracji: Google Ads, GA4, Meta, Brevo, S3, OAuth, webhooki.
Rozwój warstwy AI: agenci, serwer MCP z narzędziami dla Claude, wywołania LLM i ich monitoring.
Wdrożenia, monitoring i usuwanie błędów na produkcji.
Wsparcie zespołu AI przy wdrażaniu modeli na produkcję.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Wymagania
Min. 3 lata komercyjnej pracy z Pythonem na backendzie (FastAPI, Django lub Flask).
SQLAlchemy (ORM, migracje w Alembicu) i PostgreSQL.
REST API, uwierzytelnianie (OAuth2, JWT), integracje z zewnętrznymi API i webhookami.
Testowanie oprogramowania.
Umiejętność czytania kodu i refaktoryzacji.
Docker, Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
Angielski techniczny.
Mile widziane
Next.js, React, TypeScript.
Podstawowa znajomość Laravel.
Asynchroniczny Python, Redis, zadania cykliczne (APScheduler, Celery).
LLM w aplikacjach: OpenAI API, agenci, MCP.
DevOps: zarządzanie serwerami, wdrażanie i utrzymanie monitoringu oraz logów systemu.
ML: wdrażanie modeli na produkcję, utrzymanie modeli, przetwarzanie danych.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
Work with Microsoft Azure (priority) to design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions (experience with GCP is acceptable as an alternative)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
Work with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum team and participate in code reviews, planning, and architecture discussions

Strong commercial experience in Python backend development (senior level)
