Developing and enhancing microservices using Java and Kotlin
Designing, developing, and modifying REST APIs and backend mocks
Building web components, purchase flows, and registration processes using React
Working across both backend and frontend areas, adapting to changing project needs
Integrating solutions with external business partners and supporting partner-facing functionalities
Collaborating with the team to deliver new features quickly and efficiently
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the product and technical solutions
Occasional visits to the Warsaw office (1-2 days per quarter)

3+ years of commercial experience in software development
Good knowledge of Java and Kotlin
Practical experience working with microservice architecture
Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript
Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
Solid understanding of REST API design and consumption
Practical experience working with JSON
Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
Good communication and collaboration skills
English at min. B2 level, Polish at min. B1 level
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Idealerweise bringst du außerdem Kenntnisse in PHP und Symfony mit, um Funktionen auch auf Seiten unserer REST-API mitzugestalten.

Aufgaben
Du entwickelst easybill-mobile auf Basis von React Native, Expo und TypeScript für iOS und Android weiter. Eine technische Grundlage mit Anmeldung, Dashboard und Dokumentenübersichten ist bereits vorhanden. Darauf baust du auf und gestaltest die nächsten Schritte gemeinsam mit dem Team.

Du übersetzt Anforderungen rund um Rechnungen und Dokumente in verständliche mobile Abläufe und hochwertige native Oberflächen.

Du entwickelst die App-Architektur weiter und schaffst wartbare Strukturen für Navigation, wiederverwendbare Komponenten, Formulare und Datenzugriffe.

Du bindest unsere REST-API an und sorgst für verlässliches Datenmanagement: von typisierten Schnittstellen und Validierung bis zu Caching, Ladezuständen und Fehlerbehandlung.

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen App und Backend. Bei Bedarf erweiterst du unsere REST-API auf Basis von PHP und Symfony, damit neue mobile Funktionen durchgängig umgesetzt werden können.

Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with React Navigation and shared state/data-fetching solutions
Experience working with and consuming design system component libraries
Experience with unit and component testing using Jest and React Native Testing Library
Good working knowledge of push notifications, deep linking, and device API
