Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Opis: Celem jest wsparcie budowy rozwiązań AI, które realnie usprawnią proces SDLC, od analizy i planowania, przez development, testy i jakość techniczną, po automatyzację wybranych działań w pipeline’ach. Szczególnie zależy nam na osobie, która pomoże zaprojektować i rozwijać agenckie podejście do wykorzystania AI w procesie wytwarzania oprogramowania.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Wymagania techniczne:
- Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure AI Foundry oraz usług AI dostępnych w ekosystemie Azure.
- Znajomość koncepcji agentic AI i praktyczne doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań opartych o agentów AI.
- Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i implementacji rozwiązań typu RAG: wyszukiwanie kontekstowe, wektoryzacja, embeddingi, integracja z bazami wiedzy / dokumentami / repozytoriami.
- Umiejętność integracji modeli AI z aplikacjami, API, narzędziami developerskimi oraz procesami DevOps.
- Doświadczenie developerskie, najlepiej w środowisku Java lub pokrewnym, pozwalające na swobodne zrozumienie procesu wytwarzania oprogramowania.
- Znajomość procesu SDLC, CI/CD, code review, testów automatycznych oraz jakości technicznej.

Deine Aufgaben:
Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Frontend-Lösungen in einem agilen Umfeld
Eigenständige Analyse und Umsetzung komplexer fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen
Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Performance, Wartbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit der Anwendungen
Aktive Mitarbeit bei Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, UX/UI Designern und Backend-Entwicklern
Förderung von Best Practices in Software Engineering, Testing und Code Reviews

Fundierte praktische Erfahrung als Frontend-Entwickler:in (Angular, HTML, TypeScript, SCSS)

Entwicklung mit E2E-Tests und UI Testing (Storybook und Chromatic)

TasksAs a Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer at Nairon GmbH, you will build our product on the web and on the phone in the customer's hand. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing and maintaining our web application with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript: the flow editor, call analytics, billing and partner tools.
Building our native companion app with Expo / React Native or Swift.
Building features across the stack, from the user interface to the database with Prisma and PostgreSQL, and the Python services behind them.
Owning features end to end: turning customer needs into requirements, shipping them and checking that they help.
Applying DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes.
Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural planning.
RequirementsExperience:
Any relevant experience in web or mobile development is welcome; we are open to junior, mid-level and senior candidates who demonstrate strong practical skills and a willingness to learn.
